Story

Let’s rewind a bit—I wasn’t always the wellness junkie you see today. My journey started over 7 years ago, when I was a junkfoodaholic. I hit rock bottom with a box of tissues and a never-ending cycle of feeling like complete 5h*7 all the time. My health was failing, my professional life was failing, and worst of of, my relationships were failing....that was my wake-up call!

 

I dove headfirst into researching everything I could about how food and lifestyle affect our bodies. Took every class I could to understand how food effects our health. I changed my diet (and lifestyle), and the results were incredible!

 

Spoiler alert: doing this changed my life, and I want to help you too!

My Approach

Here’s the deal—I've been were you are. Lost and overwhelmed by where to begin; while also not willing to give up my nightly treats :)  But, if I can change, so can you.  And, I"m here to help guide you through every step of the way.

 

I believe that living a healthy, anti-inflammatory life should be fun, tasty, and totally doable. I’m all about real food, real talk, and real results. No boring diets, no crazy restrictions—just simple, sustainable changes that make you feel amazing. Think of it as a lifestyle makeover, with a side of self-love.​
